Services are typically triggered after 2″ of standing snow. Prices increase for every additional 2″ of snow depth.

What is de-icer?
De-icer is usually a form of salt or glycerine of similar that is used in either liquid or granular form to keep walks clear during the freeze-thaw cycles of winter. On commercial facilities the language in many contracts specifies that walks are to remain clear. At most residential locations that we service, de-icer optional. De-icing is a good idea on most driveways, walkways, and sidewalks.
